If the group is dealing with presentation-stasis, we could always invite "the Others" to present. It is a combined strategy to get a presentation at the next meeting and a way to recruit.
I noticed there was this software project at Middlebury College:

Maybe we can hold the event at UVM and cause trouble with UVM's contracts with BlackBoard, inc. When I attended UVM, one big joke about Sodexho food service was it's allegedly fascist contract with UVM that forbid serving or selling any food other than Sodexho's. --Ashawley 13:56, 21 March 2007 (EDT)
